Paul Lee Consulting Engineering Associates, Inc. is a professional Civil Engineering, Surveying and Planning firm offering a full spectrum of in-house capabilities. The establishment of long-term client relationships, based upon performace and integrity, is the foundation of the firm's success.

After a stellar career with the Georgia Department of Transportation as the Director of Planning and Programming, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Paul E. Lee began the company in 1973. Today, it is still a family owned and operated business with Mark Lee, Paul's son, as President and Co-Owner. The general philosophy revolves around a "hands-on" approach to management of all projects, assuring clients of not only the highest level of planning and enginnering expertise, but also of a built in back-up system so that their project is in capable, knowledgeable hands during all phases of work.

Since conception, the major priority of the company has been on service to the private development sector. Projects such as road systems, sanitary sewer systems, I.T. (information technology) systems development, golf course routing plans & design and major building renovation & reorientation to alternate use are mong the many varied projects successfully completed.

Most recently an information system service capability has been included in the competent schedule of services offered. Staff members, specializing in this area, are full time on-site associates to readily respond to clients desiring such service.

Paul Lee Consulting Engineering Assocaites, Inc. has a wide range of expertise in the planning, design, inspection and overall project management in residential and commercial developments.

All work contracted is clearly discussed with the client, agreed upon and documented prior to beginning each porject. The company goal is always to produce the product desired by the client at maximum utility and effectiveness of the project and at least cost, yet providing a quality result.
